Limited Warranty

Machine Starter warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use for two years from the original date of purchase, to the original owner / consumer only.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, and is void if the product is abused, altered or misused, or is damaged through neglect.

Several finishes offered on the MACHINE Starter require extra care, maintenance and added responsibility by the owner in order to maintain the club and the warranty (see care instructions under Service section of this website).

Warranty claims must be returned for evaluation inspection by contacting Dogleg Right’s Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No packages will be accepted without an RA#.

Proof of purchase is required in the form of an original receipt from Machine Starter if purchased direct for Warranty evaluation.

Machine Starter will repair or replace defective clubs or components at its sole discretion. All cosmetic and other repairs not covered under this warranty may be made for a fee to be determined by Machine Starter, if approved by the Customer.

“TOUR” and “TEST” MACHINE Putters may have some slight wear and “dings” from the TOUR and being on the road, Studio R&D and test center, and from TOUR Players, Advisory Staff and other VIP testers. These putters are sold “as is” and no Warranty is provided against these putters’ cosmetic finish. We do believe these putters have their own character and added value.

The preceding limited warranty paragraph also applies to these one-of-a-kind creations. Unique stamps, marks, and dings help identify these special putters will be notated in the putter’s Certificate of Ownership.

Repairs and After Market Modifications

We cannot fully warranty customer putters sent in for refurbishment, refinishing and / or additional modifications as these are used as soon as they were originally purchased, and their condition out of our control. Therefore, new finishes, modifications may not be able to be made with the quality, precision and reliability and durability as the work we do on our brand new equipment.

We do not offer any repair modifications or aftermarket work on any other brands.
